About the Jewish Walking Tour

Holocaust – the largest genocide in history that took place a mere 80 years ago also left its marks on Cracow. Our local guides will show you a  route that will help you understand the reality of living in:

  • General Government,
  • the Jewish district,
  • the ghetto,
  • as well as the Cracow concentration camp.

Researching and remembering the past in order to build a safer future is our education, and so alongside taking a trip to Auschwitz, you should add visits to lesser known places to your list of experiences.

As said by one of the prisoners of the camp:

it happened, so it could happen again…it could happen anywhere

The tour starts at 14:30 at Dajwór Street 18 (Jewish Quarter Area) and it takes 3 hours.
