TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN TOURIST SERVICES

 

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
(for online transactions made via www.discovercracow.com and www.partner.discovercracow.com)

  • Cancellation of each service is possible free of charge until the start of the service:
    • Tours cancellation - free of charge if reported until the time of the pickup 
    • Museum tickets cancelation - free of charge if reported until the Museum opening hour given on the voucher 
  • In case of no show on the service, refund is not possible 

Reservation annulment is available via phone contact or through e-mail (booking@discovercracow.com) with our Customer Service.

DISCOUNTS:

To receive a discount the participant is required to show a valid ID confirming the age of the participant (students are required to have a valid Student ID)

Promotional codes are only valid for online sales.

RULES CONCERNING OUR CLIENTS:

  • we offer pick-ups from selected hotels,
  • 5 minute walk from the hotel to the departure point is possible,
  • the pick-up from the hotel can take up to an hour,
  • after the service is concluded, the participants are transported to the city center,
  • we request that our clients arrive at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure     
  • a delay of up to 20 minutes may occur due to the traffic conditions
  • we request that our clients prepare for various weather conditions
  • we request that our clients follow the instructions of our guides,
  • participation in some of our regularly offered services may be difficult for handicapped individuals using wheelchairs – to receive further information please contact our Customer Service,
  • we request our clients to inform us about exact age of their small children, in order for us to prepare special accommodations,
  • we request our clients to follow the guidelines of the Museums during our tours,
  • size of baggage carried into the Museum space may not exceed the diameters of: 30x20x10 cm (format A4)
  • we reserve the right not to screen the documentary movie on the way to Auschwitz due to technical reasons

 

We request that our clients present a valid voucher before the trip (in the case of Museum tickets, please PRINT the voucher and present it at the Museum’s reception)
