  • Krakow Story at Plac Wszystkich Świętych 2 - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily
  • InfoKraków at Jana 2 - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily
  • InfoKraków at Szpitalna 25 - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily
  • InfoKraków at Os. Zgody 7 - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily
  • Krakville Tours at Sienna 17 - 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM daily

 

  • The last admission to exhibitions is usually 90 minutes before the closing time
  • Please note that on Mondays some of the Museums don’t operate 
  • You can cancel the reservation free of charge until the start time

Kościuszko Mound is open longer from June to August on Fridays and Saturdays - up to 10pm - for an evening visit and watching the sunset over the city. Strongly recommend!

 

Additionally, keep in mind that the City Pass entitles you to use public transport all day and night, so feel free to take a bus to Wieliczka or travel to the airport without any changes and extra charges.

 

Important Information!

 

Visiting Rynek Underground requires prior ticket reservation. The Krakow City Pass holder should go to the website: www.bilety.mhk.pl, select the Rynek Underground branch and book a regular ticket (without making a payment) for a given date. The reservation must be confirmed by clicking the activation link in the e-mail (please check your SPAM folder). With your reservation number, we invite you to the ticket offices of the Underground Market in the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) or to the Visitor Service Center in the Krzysztofory Palace (Rynek Główny 35) to collect free tickets after presenting your Krakow City Pass.

 

Visiting the Oskar Schindler's Factory is not subject to reservation, although it is advised to also get your tickets earlier as the number of them is limited. Holders of the Krakow City Pass can get their free ticket in advance at the Visitor Service Center at the Krzysztofory Palace (Rynek Główny 35).
