Faq

Card Pickup and Activation

After booking, a voucher will be sent to your e-mail. Use the voucher at one of our card pickup places to collect and activate the card.

Public Transport

Additionally, keep in mind that the City Pass entitles you to use public transport all day and night, so feel free to take a bus to Wieliczka or travel to the airport without any changes and extra charges.

Kościuszko Mound

Kościuszko Mound is open longer from June to August on Fridays and Saturdays - up to 10pm - for an evening visit and watching the sunset over the city. Strongly recommend!
