Important Information!

Visiting Rynek Underground requires prior ticket reservation. The Krakow Museum Pass holder should go to the website: www.bilety.mhk.pl, select the Rynek Underground branch and book a regular ticket (without making a payment) for a given date. The reservation must be confirmed by clicking the activation link in the e-mail (please check your SPAM folder). With your reservation number, we invite you to the ticket offices of the Underground Market in the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) or to the Visitor Service Center in the Krzysztofory Palace (Rynek Główny 35) to collect free tickets after presenting your Krakow Museum Pass.

Visiting the Oskar Schindler's Factory is not subject to reservation, although it is advised to also get your tickets earlier as the number of them is limited. Holders of the Krakow Museum Pass can get their free ticket in advance at the Visitor Service Center at the Krzysztofory Palace (Rynek Główny 35).
