Tour Itinerary

Jan Matejko Square
This historic square, surrounded by architectural gems, is the perfect starting point for exploring Kraków. Here you’ll find the impressive Grunwald Monument, commemorating one of the greatest battles in Polish history, as well as the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. From the square, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old city walls, including the majestic Barbican and St. Florian’s Gate.
Stary Kleparz Market
Experience the authentic atmosphere of Kraków at Stary Kleparz, one of the city’s oldest and most vibrant marketplaces. From Monday to Saturday, you can find fresh vegetables, fruit, local cheeses, cold cuts, and homemade baked goods. It’s the perfect spot to sample regional delicacies and soak up true local color.
Czartoryski Museum
A true gem on Kraków’s cultural map. The Czartoryski Museum is best known for housing one of Poland’s greatest treasures – Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece Lady with an Ermine. The museum also features an extensive collection of art and craftsmanship, including ancient artifacts and military items. A must-see for every art and history lover.
St. Mary’s Basilica
This Gothic church is an architectural masterpiece dominating the Main Market Square. Its interior dazzles with colorful stained glass windows and the Altarpiece of Veit Stoss – one of the largest and most beautiful Gothic altars in Europe. Every hour, the bugle call (Hejnał) is played from the tower, with its unique, unfinished melody.
Cloth Hall (Sukiennice)
Located in the very heart of the Main Market Square, the Cloth Hall is one of Kraków’s most recognizable landmarks. Inside, you’ll find numerous stalls offering handicrafts, jewelry, souvenirs, and amber.
Jagiellonian University
The oldest university in Poland and one of the oldest in Central Europe. Stroll through the charming streets around the campus to feel the academic spirit of Kraków.
Kanonicza Street & Archdiocesan Museum
Kanonicza Street is one of the most beautiful and oldest streets in Kraków. Lined with Renaissance townhouses, it leads directly to Wawel Hill. Here you’ll find the house where young Karol Wojtyła, later Pope John Paul II, once lived. The Archdiocesan Museum is worth a visit to see valuable collections of sacred art, including personal mementos of the Pope.
Wawel Hill
Wawel, the historic seat of Polish kings, is an absolute must on any Kraków itinerary. Here you’ll explore the Royal Castle with its magnificent chambers, the famous Wawel Cathedral, where Polish monarchs were crowned and buried, and the legendary Dragon’s Den (Smocza Jama).
